Updated 2026-09-02: Model Tenant build ran long against its contracted window and is still closing out, but Tenant 1's kickoff is targeted for ~Sep 9, 2026 — close to the original Sep 2026 contracted start. The early slip hasn't carried downstream, so Tenant 1–3 are shown back on their contracted windows. That holds only if Tenant 1 actually kicks off on target — this updates as real milestones land.
